The PSR Subaru Impreza GD Stage 1 Handling Kit is the ultimate starting point for any 5x114.3 STI enthusiast. Centred around our incredibly popular XYZ RACING Super Sport Coilovers, this package provides unmatched height and damping adjustability utilizing the wider STI-specific hub clevis. Years of track testing and street tuning on the GD platform have allowed us to piece together the best bang-for-your-buck package to dramatically improve road feel and handling without sacrificing your daily comfort.

It is no secret that the GD chassis suffers from heavy factory understeer. To instantly fix this, our Stage 1 kit includes a Whiteline 24mm Adjustable Rear Sway Bar. By stiffening up the rear end, the car will naturally want to rotate through corners rather than push wide, completely transforming the balance of the vehicle.

To dial in the front end, we include the famous SuperPro Anti-Lift / Caster Correction Kit (ALK). This replaces the soft factory rearward bushes on the front lower control arms with a polyurethane housing that alters the geometry to add positive caster. This reduces front-end lift under hard acceleration and provides a massive increase in dynamic grip and steering weight. Combining the XYZ coilovers with these two critical upgrades gives you a perfectly balanced AWD weapon right out of the gate!
