About the RoleAs the Sales Manager, you are the engine behind our national revenue targets. You will lead, coach, and scale our internal retail and B2B/Trade sales teams, ensuring PSR consistently delivers an elite advisory experience. You will actively restructure daily workflows, drive outbound prospecting, and equip your team to become experts in comprehensive vehicle builds across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Smash Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across both retail and B2B channels nationwide.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing technical sales team, conducting weekly 1-on-1 reviews, call coaching, and KPI check-ins.
- Workshop & Operations Alignment: Seamlessly bridge the gap between sales and the workshop floor to ensure quotes accurately reflect labour times and parts availability. (Potential to assume direct operational management of the workshop for the right candidate).
- Expand the B2B Network: Aggressively prospect, onboard, and manage new workshops, dealerships, and national distributors, negotiating trading terms and volume tiers.
- Technical Upskilling: Develop and implement a comprehensive "Technical Training Playbook" to rapidly upskill staff on complete vehicle fitments—spanning 4x4s, street cars, and race cars—including coil overs, control arms, bullbars, body protection, GVM upgrades, and legal compliance.
- System & CRM Optimization: Overhaul CRM workflows to establish clear pipeline tracking for B2B accounts, run dormant-account reactivation campaigns, and ensure an inbound conversion rate of >25%.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Sales Leadership: Extensive experience managing and scaling sales teams within the automotive, 4x4, manufacturing, or heavy parts industries.
- Workshop Management Experience (Highly Regarded): Previous experience running a profitable automotive workshop, managing mechanics, and overseeing job scheduling is a massive advantage and opens the door for a broader operational role.
- Broad Technical Aptitude: A strong baseline understanding of comprehensive automotive mechanics, including suspension geometry, bar work, and vehicle modifications across 4x4s, passenger, street, and race cars.

About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Engineering Manager to become the ultimate gatekeeper of our product lifecycle; This is a highly strategic hands-on role. You will not just be managing projects from a spreadsheet; you will be the lead for the entire concept-to-product release pipeline. From 3D scanning to Autodesk Inventor to prototyping, you are engineering the next generation of PSR hardware across key categories such as Shock Absorbers, Control Arms, Bullbars and Underbody Protection. You will bridge the critical operational gap between product concepting, R&D and production. Your mission is to ensure every product is designed and functions flawlessly, passes rigid internal Stage-Gate approval checkpoints, before transitioning into mass production and market release without error.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute advanced 3D modeling and precise 2D technical drafting using Autodesk Inventor, utilizing deep expertise in sheet metal design for heavy duty accessories and solid modeling for suspension components.
- Lead the design and refinement of our core product pillars: shock absorbers, UCA’s, bullbars, and specialized underbody protection.
- Reverse-engineer OEM vehicle components to map exact mounting points, ensuring flawless fitment and correct suspension geometry.
- Manage the end-to-end project timeline, driving each new component from initial concept to a fully packaged, shelf-ready product.
- Travel internationally and domestically to physically audit manufacturing facilities, negotiate tooling timelines, and perform hands on quality assurance.
- Act as the final technical reviewer and gatekeeper for all CAD drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM), actively hunting for design mistakes before they reach production.
- Coordinate cross departmental delivery of complete technical specifications ahead of every product launch.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor for both 3D solid modeling and 2D manufacturing drawings, with a mandatory strong background in sheet metal design.
- Vendor Management & Travel: Proven experience communicating with, managing, and holding overseas suppliers accountable. You must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel for direct manufacturer expectation alignment.
- Industry Experience: Proven background in mechanical design or product engineering, heavily preferred within the OEM or aftermarket automotive industry.
- Bonus Qualifications: Formal mechanical engineering certifications or degrees, coupled with direct experience designing, testing, or managing QCOP/NCOP (VSB14) compliance and/or GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) upgrades, will be highly regarded.

About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and focused Light Vehicle Mechanic or 4x4 Accessory Fitter with a strong interest in aftermarket suspension, protection, and other components. You'll be working directly in our fast-paced workshop environment, ensuring all components are fitted to an elite standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Accessory Fitting: Fit general 4x4 vehicle accessories, including heavy-duty bullbars.
- Suspension Installs: Handle the complete installation of complex aftermarket suspension components.
- Cross-Department Support: Assist in other departments when required to assemble struts, press bushes, and prep components.
- Workshop Standards: Strictly follow all workshop Work Health & Safety (WHS) protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Team Environment: Assist with general workshop duties, including cleaning, tidying, and sweeping to maintain a professional, safe workspace.

- Proven Experience: Previous experience in professional accessory fitting or as a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic.
- Tools of the Trade: You must possess a minimum of your own basic tools of the trade.
