The PSR Ford FG Falcon Stage 2 Handling Kit is our mid-level package designed for any enthusiast and is centred around the ultimate street coilover kit on the market, our XYZ RACING coilovers. Years of working on this vehicle platform and researching what does and what doesn't work gives us the ability to offer you the best bang-for-your-buck package, that will greatly improve road feel and handling without sacrificing comfort.

The Stage 2 package incorporates our entry-level Stage 1 components with some selected extra items to yield further improvements to overall handling. A major cause of poor front-end handling are the factory rubber front strut rod bushes which deflect under high loads when turning and braking, this is caused by being heavily voided and made from a very soft rubber. By upgrading to a polyurethane bush, we can virtually eliminate deflection and greatly improve stability. Just replacing these bushes alone will transform the driver's input and vehicle stability! Front-end stability is further increased with a set of poly lower-inner & upper-inner arm bushes, upgrading from rubber bushes helps to negate any lateral forces from affecting camber or caster settings during high load cornering.

The rear "blade" arm bushes present another major flaw on this platform; their soft rubber causes significant deflection and allows the rear alignment to move a massive amount under load. Isolating this rear-end steer greatly improves stability and the risk of axle tramp is dramatically reduced. Combining these components with our XYZ RACING coilover package gives you a great starting point to get your car lowered and handling way better than stock while keeping to a budget. Our mid-range kit will outperform any other shock and spring packages on the market and allow you to confidently attack track days and spirited driving every time you sit in your FG Falcon!

A set of adjustable Whiteline swaybars keep any unwanted body roll in-check, with the 33mm front and 22mm rear swaybar taking the brunt of the load to allow the rest of the suspension components to do their job. Their multi-point adjustability gives you some tuning flexibility so the perfect understeer/oversteer balance can be dialled in.

Recommended Optional Add-ons:

• Performance Coil - The front spring rate can be increased if vehicle weight or motorsport use is a factor.
• Camber/Caster Kit - Once lowered, a camber kit will be needed if the vehicle has a camber or castor issue.
• Diff Bush Kit – Eliminate driveline slop by upgrading your factory rubber diff mount bushes.
