The PSR Ford BA-BF Falcon Ute Stage 3 Handling Kit is our mid-level package designed for any enthusiast and is centred around the ultimate street coilover kit on the market, our XYZ RACING coilovers. Years of working on this vehicle platform and researching what does and what doesn't work gives us the ability to offer you the best bang-for-your-buck package, that will greatly improve road feel and handling without sacrificing comfort.

The Stage 3 package incorporates our entry level Stage 2 components with some selected extra items to yield further improvements to handling. A major cause of poor front-end handling are the factory oil-filled front lower arm bushes. A little-known secret we started implementing years ago is the use of polyurethane FG bushes in the front position of the front lower control arm! Off the shelf BA-BF specific poly replacement bushes are heavily voided and move more than we desire, to solve this we use an FG spec bush to virtually eliminate bush movement compared to the horrible oil-filled factory bush. The rear bush is also upgraded to a Superpro bush while the arm is out. Just replacing these bushes alone will transform the driver's input and stability! Front-end stability is increased with a set of poly upper arm bushes, upgrading from rubber bushes helps to negate any lateral forces from affecting camber or caster settings during high load cornering.

With our 5-way adjustable XYZ Racing Super Sport Coilovers covering the front portion of this kit, we've opted for a set of King Springs SSL leaf springs paired with Whiteline Alloy lowering blocks to give the back-end a modest drop in height.

Two premium rear shock options are available, with both Bilstein and Koni consistently delivering outstanding performance and reliability, as proven through our extensive experience. No matter which brand you select, they both compliment the XYZ's being used in the front of the vehicle.

Combining these components with our XYZ RACING coilover package gives you a great starting point to get your car lowered and handling way better than stock while keeping to a budget. Our mid-range kit will outperform any other shock and spring packages on the market and allow you to confidently attack track days and spirited driving every time you sit in your BA-BF Falcon!

A front adjustable Whiteline swaybar keeps any unwanted body roll in-check, with the 30mm front swaybar taking the brunt of the load to allow the rest of the suspension components to do their job. Its 2-point adjustability gives you some tuning flexibility so the perfect understeer/oversteer balance can be dialled in.

For big-HP builds, diff wrap is highly likely and can be overcome by either using a set of traction bars (CalTrac CT6806) or our PSR 5-Link Kit. Our Stage 6 Kit includes our 5-link and a plethora of other products that maximise vehicle stability and handling.

Recommended Optional add-ons:

• Performance Coil - The front spring rate can be increased if vehicle weight or motorsport use is a factor.
• Camber/Caster Kit - Once lowered, a camber kit will be needed if the vehicle has a camber or castor issue.
