PSR KHAOS BAR is a totally unique design that is proudly 100% Australian made in-house at PSR headquarters, tested and approved we offer a bar like no other on the market. Sleek lines, tough as nails design and a huge approach angle makes our bar tough to beat. PSR proudly supplies a high quality powdercoated Satin Black finish. If you desire a painted finish a local painter will be required to complete the process.

Also offered is a high quality Prismatic powdercoating that resembles the paint finish. This option is NOT a paint match, it is close in colour and close in sheen but more durable than a wet spray paint finish. With this option, all hoops are coated in Dulux Satin Black.

PSR's Chevrolet Silverado 2020-2023 2500-3500 bar is available in multiple variations, Hoopless or Sheet Metal Hoop, or light the way with various lighting options to change the look of the bar!

A huge feature of the Khaos Bar is the ability to have your bar centre supplied in various colours when ordered, or even when the look just has to change! Standard is our custom Charcoal Pearl colour, but with ease a plate which we call the Beauty Plate can be added and supplied in various colours, Black, White, Stainless Steel or some OE colours. This plate is fitted over the mount, so can easily be removed to take the colour back to the Charcoal Pearl look if desired.

Every Khaos Bar comes with 6 built in high quality PSR 2 LED driving lights which feature spot and spread combo for optimum visibility in night-time driving conditions and are backed by a 5 year warranty, they even come with clear and amber lenses! Taking your lighting one step further you can level up with Baja Designs S2 lights supplied in 3 options, Sport, DOT SAE or the Pro! Baja Designs lights are supplied standard with one amber pair and 2 clear pairs, if you desire any other lens combo please purchase additional lenses. Another variation to a quality light option is the Lazer Lamps Carbon-2, we supply 2 per side in a spot and drive option for optimal lighting!

An infill is supplied with every bar and to add contrast is finished in Charcoal Pearl that forms the bar to the chassis. This unique addition is the PSR "Pre-Runner" Infill.

Being such a heavy vehicle, an integrated recovery point replaces the factory point and ties into the mounts for ultimate strength, this recovery point will allow full pull in even the worst of conditions!

A huge feature of the KHAOS bar design allows the purchase of a Hoopless bar or at a later stage a Sheet Metal Hoop, or lights which are bolted to the bar, to be purchased later! if purchased initially they will be supplied assembled to the bar.

Bar is manufactured in 4mm steel. Mounts are 6mm.

Most standard compact low mount winches, e.g. Carbon, fit inside the bar winch cradle area but a compact Warn model will require a control pack relocation kit.
